Policies and Conditions
RETURNS: A newly-purchased pipe may be returned within fourteen days of purchase, provided the pipe is returned in as-new, unsmoked condition. As soon as the pipe is received, inspected and determined eligible for return by Walther Smoking Pipes (WSP), a refund will be issued to the original buyer in the amount of the purchase price, less any shipping costs incurred by WSP in the original sale.
WARRANTY: Walther pipes are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year following date of the original sale. Misuse, excess wear and damage to the finish, stem or body of the pipe are not warranted. Following return to WSP, the pipe will be inspected, and eligibility for warranty determined. If deemed eligible, a refund will be issued to the original buyer in the amount of the purchase price, plus any shipping costs incurred by buyer in the return.
SHIPPING: Domestic shipping will be provided via USPS Priority Mail, appropriately insured, at a flat rate of $14 for a small, flat-rate package shipment (normally one or two average-sized pipes). Due to variable regulations and rates, arrangements for International shipping will be made with buyer at the time of purchase, by phone or email.
PAYMENT: Orders must be paid in advance by PayPal, Check, Money Transfer or Cash.
REPAIRS: Walther Smoking Pipes does not perform repairs - you are welcome to call for referral to a qualified repair service if needed.
